Product List
This is the working catalog of what you can order through 55printing.com, the same store HotPrintsUSA has pointed customers to since the 2015 move. Every price below came from the live product page or cart, checked in July 2026, and is a print total before shipping. Options like paper stock, sides, coating, and rush turnaround change the final number, so use these as planning anchors, then confirm the exact total on the order form.
Everyday printing
Color copies
Letter, legal, or tabloid size for handouts, packets, presentations, and menus. There is no minimum order and total prints equal sets times pages, so a 4-page document mailed to 125 people counts as 500 total prints. Example: 499 letter copies run about $55.00 print total, roughly $0.11 each, checked July 2026.

Black and white copies
High-volume text documents, contracts, manuals, and classroom sets where color is not required and cost per page matters more. Example: 499 letter sheets run about $57.06 print total, roughly $0.11 each, checked July 2026.
Marketing pieces
Flyers
Single or double-sided promo sheets for events, sales, and door-to-door handouts, in sizes from small handbill up to full 8.5×11. Example: 1,000 letter-size flyers run about $115.85 print total, checked July 2026. A smaller 4×6 flyer runs closer to $36.59 for the same 1,000-piece count, so size is the biggest lever if you are trying to hit a budget.
Postcards
Mailers, invitations, and leave-behinds on card stock in over two dozen sizes, including sizes built for real estate follow-ups and event promotion. Example: 500 standard-size postcards run about $47.00 print total, and 1,000 runs about $66.61, checked July 2026.
EDDM postcards
Every Door Direct Mail sizes built to meet USPS EDDM requirements, so you can mail an entire carrier route without buying a name-and-address list. Example: the 6.5×9 size, the most common EDDM pick, runs about $108.37 for 250 pieces and about $141.30 for 1,000, checked July 2026, before postage.
Brochures
Tri-fold and other folded pieces for service menus, open houses, and product line handouts, on gloss or matte stock. Example: an 8.5×11 tri-fold on 100lb gloss book runs about $59.94 for 100 pieces and about $171.86 for 1,000, checked July 2026. A compact 6×9 tri-fold runs about $53.96 for 100.
Business stationery
Business cards
Standard rectangle plus specialty shapes like rounded, square, circle, and half circle. Start small if your design might still change. Example: 500 cards, full color both sides, run about $17.45 print total, roughly $0.03 each, and 100 cards run about $12.16, checked July 2026.

Picking a quantity without overbuying
Across almost every product on this list, the price per unit drops fastest between the smallest tier and the second tier, then drops much more slowly after that. Business cards go from $12.16 at 100 to $17.45 at 500, a jump of only $5.29 for four times the cards. Color copies go from $40.25 at 99 to $55.00 at 499. If you are ordering for one event and not sure how many you will actually use, it is usually cheaper to round up to the next tier than to order twice at the smaller size. If your job is genuinely small, a single small-tier order is still the right call. Do not order 5,000 of anything because the per-unit price looks good if you will only ever hand out 200.
Matching a product to the job
A quick way to sort this catalog: if the piece needs to survive being handled, mailed, or displayed, reach for cardstock (business cards, postcards, EDDM, brochures). If the piece is disposable information meant to be read once and set aside (a worksheet, a menu insert, an internal memo), color or black and white copies on standard paper are cheaper and just as functional. Flyers sit in between, cheaper than cardstock but sturdier than a plain copy, which is why they work for handouts that need to survive a pocket or a car seat for a day or two.
